Effective leaders work with a coach to develop strategies and avoid burnout. The coach partners with the pastor or minister to prevent problems and improve performance. Each month, ADME USA offers a coaching conference and individual workshops for discovering effective strategies.
Rev. Fabio Sosa is Director of Mission Advancement for the Heartland Synod and a master trainer for the Hispanic pastors network in Texas, Nebraska, New York, and Connecticut. In 2015 he was ordained as a minister of Word and Sacrament by the Passaic Valley Classis in New Jersey, and in 2019 his ordination was transferred to the Central Plains Classis. He serves on the international and multiplication team of the Central Plains Classis and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Council for Hispanic Ministries of the Reformed Church in America. Through Fabio Sosa Ministries he supports hundreds of pastors around the world, and he is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) at Western Theological Seminary. He is married to Silvina Massaglia, and they have two children, Lucas Daniel and Marcos.
