Privacy Policy

Scope of this policy

This policy explains how ADME USA collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information submitted through admeusa.org and its forms, programs, events, resources, and contribution inquiries.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, message, program or event interest, requested resource, donation amount, and communication consent.

Cloudflare may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, including IP address, browser details, device information, request logs, and security signals.

How we use information

We use personal information to respond to requests, coordinate programs and events, deliver requested materials, support participants, administer donations, maintain site security, and improve our communications and services.

Service providers

We use service providers only for the functions needed to operate the site and its services.

• HubSpot stores contact and request records so ADME USA can identify each submission and follow up when appropriate.
• Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery, security, consent-related services, and analytics or campaign tools configured through Zaraz.
• YouTube provides embedded video. Google or YouTube may process technical and interaction data when a video loads or is played.

Cookies and consent

Necessary cookies support core operation and save your consent preferences. Optional marketing tools managed through Cloudflare Zaraz remain disabled unless you grant the corresponding consent. More information appears in the Cookie Policy.

Text messaging

When a form asks for a phone number, you may optionally agree to receive text messages from ADME USA about your request, programs, and events. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to text messages is not a condition of purchase.

ADME USA does not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties, except service providers that support message delivery and are bound to use the information only for that purpose.

Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here and for applicable administrative, legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention obligations.

Children’s privacy

The site’s public forms and contribution inquiries are intended to be completed by adults. Children under 13 should not submit personal information through these forms. A parent or guardian may contact ADME USA on a child’s behalf and should provide only the information reasonably necessary for the request, program, or event.

If you believe a child submitted personal information without appropriate adult involvement, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or erase personal information we hold about you, subject to information we must retain for legitimate legal or operational reasons. You can change optional cookie choices at any time through Cookie preferences in the footer.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in practices, providers, operations, or legal requirements. The current version and its updated date will be published on this page.
