I have been with ADME USA for more than a year.
I have participated mainly in the Marriages by Design mentoring program and in Transformed in Christ, led by Pastor Tommy Moya. Through these conferences, we also met and came under the spiritual covering of Pastor Rafael Ugarte.
I have been in ministry for 30 years under the mentorship of excellent pastors of God. Even so, with you I have learned in ways I never thought possible, and I consider it an exponential experience of freedom, revelation, maturity, and transformation.
Above all, what I have appreciated most is the advisors' direct follow-up. They do not give up on me in the midst of my difficulties.
I would love to have more time and resources to participate even more in your activities and events, but I consider myself deeply privileged and blessed to have you.
May God continue to reveal Himself through you, and may you reach the whole world.

I remember once inviting a minister to speak at an apostolic conference, and he responded unexpectedly by pointing out the lack of annual fellowship among ministers.
So, what makes ADME-USA different? Its monthly pastoral follow-up and the team's weekly dedication to ensuring that we stay connected to educational, emotional, and administrative development platforms.
But what has captivated me most in the short time I have been a member is how they have treated me. They make me feel like what the apostle Peter expressed in 1 Peter 5:1 NIV: “To the elders among you, I appeal as a fellow elder.”

Since I began walking alongside ADME, I have felt accompanied, covered, and strengthened. In times of ministerial burden, their timely counsel and prayers refreshed my life and my family.
Pastoral care: I never felt alone. Their calls and follow-up reminded me that ministry is not carried out in isolation.
Training and equipping: The training sessions and shared resources have affirmed my calling and given me tools to serve the church with greater excellence.
Unity in the Body of Christ: ADME has connected me with other pastors, reminding us that we are one team working to extend the Kingdom.
By God's grace, I now live with greater rest in my heart, knowing that a ministerial family is walking beside me.
