These Terms of Use govern access to and use of admeusa.org, including its ministry information, educational resources, program and event pages, forms, and donation features. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Educational and ministry content

ADME USA provides biblical formation and educational content for pastors, ministers, Christian leaders, churches, and organizations. Materials are offered for general educational and ministry purposes and should be adapted responsibly to each ministry context.

Health and mental health information

Content concerning pastoral, marital, physical, or mental health is educational and does not replace medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice. Seek qualified help for individual concerns or urgent situations.

Programs, events, and registrations

Dates, locations, speakers, availability, pricing, formats, and program details may change as logistics are confirmed. Information shown in a specific registration form or written confirmation applies to that registration. ADME USA may reschedule, modify, or cancel an offering when reasonably necessary.

Forms and communications

When submitting a form, provide accurate information and do not impersonate another person. ADME USA may use the submitted details to respond to the request, coordinate the relevant service, and communicate as described in the Privacy Policy and your consent choices.

Donations and payments

Membership activation is subject to ADME USA’s evaluation and direct confirmation. Contribution arrangements are coordinated directly with ADME USA.

ADME USA may require a membership evaluation before activation. Basic membership begins through the affiliation form, while honorary membership is granted as an institutional distinction and is not purchased.

Nothing on this site guarantees that a contribution is tax-deductible in a particular jurisdiction. Donors should obtain independent tax advice when needed.

Intellectual property and permitted use

Unless otherwise stated, site content, branding, texts, graphics, and resources belong to ADME USA or are used with permission. You may view and use materials for personal, church, ministry, or noncommercial educational purposes when the resource allows it. Do not sell, republish, remove attribution from, or misrepresent ADME USA content without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, collect information about other users, or use the site for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity.

Third-party services and links

The site uses or links to services including HubSpot, Cloudflare, YouTube, and social platforms. Those providers control their own services, availability, security, and terms. A link or integration does not make ADME USA responsible for third-party content or practices.

Availability, warranties, and liability

The site and its content are provided on an as-available basis. ADME USA does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or a particular result from a program or resource. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ADME USA is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its general educational content. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
